In recent EFI the DTS entries changed for PCIe controller.
This commit fixes internal PCIe, external is yet TBD.

95	Yes it is, if you consider changes to the sys/arm64/cavium/thunder_pcie_common.h , where MIN_RANGES_TUPLES have been dropped and the naming has been changed so that the group it belongs to is first, rather than reverse, as originaly.
