website/**/hu: Kill hu translation for website

Summary

It looks like that there is very little interest from the Hungarian developers about FreeBSD as there has been any single commit on this apart from the obvious ones:

Additionally our index page also do not point to the Hungarian translations although they do about de, fr, ja, zh-cn and zh-tw.

So I think it's better to kill it rather than serving old outdated information.

And about this removal, I'm ok with that, the translation is untouched since years.
But maybe other doceng members have something to say.

@fernape As @carlavilla has solved the issue do you have any objection removing the hu translations for the website?

Just to clarify this do not delete the hu documentation and also have no such intention to delete. The documentation will remain as is.
