Thanks to dumbbell@ for help tracking this down, removing CHUNKS
(inline docs) temporarily allows this to build on 13.2-RELEASE.
I think it's fine to commit this as is, and work on that later.

remove CHUNKS entirely for the moment to get this to compile

uncomment additional modules, it seems to work fine

remove unnecessary compiler knobs on CURRENT

NB major change vs otp-25 is removing CHUNKS from the default
ports options, which avoids pulling in DOCS, and the resulting
xmerl breakage during bootstrap.

I think it can go in as is and CHUNKS can be fixed in a future commit.
