Fix download link for non-English languages

22024328a9 fix the link for English language, but unfortunately non-English ones are still broken.

Usually I approve the change and let to you to make the commit.
But since (IMHO) is an important bug. I'll commit it by myself.

And, you just got your src commit bit, are you sure you want to be punished with a doc commit bit?
(Of course is a joke, you can continue making changes to the documentation :)
