I can help with this, and there are some things I want to check:

• Is Yi Kong <[e-mail]>the preferred author line in git log?
• Do we need to add Sponsored by: Google (or similar) line to the commit message?
• Is this cherry-picked from Android code? If so, do we need to add Obtained from: line to the commit message?
