POSIX indeed leaves this behavior unspecified, but Linux chooses the same as we do. Might want to add something like

POSIX leaves the behavior of
.Fn sigtimedwait
with a
.Dv NULL
.Fa timeout
pointer unspecified.

to the STANDARDS section.
