Summary

mpfr's Makefile uses .POSIX in a way that is incompatible with recent
changes to bmake in main. The upstream authors do not want to remove
.POSIX, so switch to gmake instead.

When building with gmake, gmake wants to rebuild the info file and
fails if makeinfo isn't present, so use makeinfo as well to fix the
build when using gmake.
