Summary

Add the Spanish translation for vinum article.

Most of the work was done with Weblate

Test Plan
  • Apply patch and make the documentation
  • The result can also be seen in the weblate docs ci page
  • Tables format can be compared with the original English version
  • Opening the document in the browser and looking for old docbook tags shows none
  • Looking for rogue asciidoc special characters and tags shows none
  • Accent keys look good
  • I used @POFileSpell@ to spell check the translation
