rS367799: Adjust ENA driver files to latest ena-com changes
Summary

The version of the HAL iis from 26.10.20. It adds support for the ENI
metrics, bug fix for destroying wait event and also other minor bug
fixes, improvements, etc.

ENA driver was updated with the following changes:

  • Use the new API of ena_trace_*
  • Fix typo syndrom --> syndrome
  • Remove validation of the Rx req ID (already performed in the ena-com)
  • Remove usage of deprecated ENA_ASSERT macro
