Summary

Any objections to dropping package-to-bootstraps? Has anyone used it since 2017 after rP453052? AFAICT it is incomplete.

@mikael.urankar_gmail.com Are you using it? We have added some BOOTSTRAPS_SOURCE_PKG_FBSDVER_* to it in D18367 and I am wondering if it is actually useful?
