Fix missing curl binary from ftp/curl package dependency

Update to include ftp/curl

I didn't abandon this submission. just a heads up. I've been stupid busy with work and finally have some weekends again. I'll get back to this next Saturday and make the suggested updates.

I didn't write the original Makefile and my initial goal was to simply get it up to date, before delving in and making sure everything else was bueno.
I'm still rather new to porting and maintaining Ports Makefiles.

I haven't abandoned this, just a heads up!

sysutils/vzvol: Update to 0.7.0
Resolved incorrect location in pkg-plist for vzvol
Resolved direct use of /usr/local, substituted for ${PREFIX}
Moved manpage installation to correct part of install process

Update this diff to use upstream version 0.6.4, the final bugfix release
from this set of patches.

Okay, that worked, sorry about that y'all. I keep forgetting I need to specify the directory with arc.
This diff brings the port up to 0.6.3, which was just pushed to the official github repo, resolving some bugs that weren't caught previously.

Fixing error from diff submission

Resetting my svn tree to remove that, and updating the diff

Whoops. Still more used to git than SVN I'm afraid.
Caught the accidental deletion of the deluge-cli patch.

Remove pkg-plist and transfer contents to PLIST_FILES in the Makefile

I made a noob mistake and forgot to update my svn directory before submitting my diff.
One owns one's mistakes!
Updated svn tree before diffing, which fixes the difference on Makefile:30 which was previously resolved
before I could submit the diff myself.
