Remove uncaught space
- Add py-consul back (was removed for another port)

@mat , I am confused. Since this is technically a "new port", why would the PORTREVISION need to remain? Is that standard?
I see the problem here. The port is fine, only dns/Makefile needs to be updated here.
- Remove sphinx here, no need for it
- sed the extra 'pithos' out existence
- Updating phabricator with port diff
- Remove glib20 from dependencies in favor of USE_GNOME
- Remove patch files in favor of sed

Add Makefile for review & remove port revision since name has changed
Regarding the pkg-plist, yes, I use make makeplist to generate it.
I am trying to remove PORTREVISION, but arc is failing with a curl error (92). I will update this when this gets resolved.
