Summary

Implements the missing test cases for epair in a similar fashion to the existing tests. Fixes shared abstractions to work with epair tests.

Test Plan

The sys/net tests subdir is not yet included in the tests distribution, but I have manually built and run the tests.

80	Is there a PR for this panic? If not, you should create one, and link to it from here. That way future developers will know when they can unskip the test.

Mention PR for panic in ipv6 skip message.
