There has never been a release that had the three critical components
matching.
From 10.2 through 11.1, it was a armv6 userland, an arm v5 kernel for
the old GUMSTIX Xscale PXA based Basix or Connex boards and a boot
loader for GUMSTIX Duovero OMAP 44xx Cortext armv6 board.
For 11.2 and in -current this changed to be armv4/5 userland, an armv5
kernel for the old GUMSTIX boards but still the bootloader for duovero.
There is no uboot available for the old Connex boards that's
appropriate for this setup. It did have a u-boot for pflash, but the
pflash was only 16MB which is far too small for an image like this.
The old duovero boards are now unobtanium, so fixing it to work there
isn't worth the effort since that can't easily be tested.
There is also a GUMSTIX-QEMU config. However, that platform hasn't
worked since QEMU 0.9. All newer versions I tried failed in different
ways.
So, since this image has never worked, and there's no easy way to fix
and test it, retire it.
