Minor typo fix.

ygy rescinded a token.

"原子中" seems to be a typo, you probably mean “原子钟” or more pedantically, "原子钟标准时间"?

Note that technically leap seconds are applied on UTC, not on TAI [1] [2], and the English version of this article was not very accurate. Ideally, please fix both. If you can't, please fix the typo and file a bug at bugs.freebsd.org so it's not forgotten.

Thank you for the review! I actually caught this typo and got it fixed before you submitted this comment.

For the "TAI -> UTC" part, I will go ahead and submit a PR, but I think it is the best to keep the translation until the English version has been fixed.

I can't see the content of Makefile...

I followed the guide here: https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/po-translations-quick-start.html. In 12.2.2, when using svn cp the Makefile seems not to be treated as a new file. Should I just copy it and redo the diff?

Did you 'svn add Makefile article.xml zh_CN.po' in the leap-seconds directory? Follow the section 12.7: https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/po-translations-submitting.html

Thank you for the instruction, it's fixed now!

Is "预设" also used by people using Simplified Chinese (in Line 26 of article.xml)?
