Summary

ACPI_VIDEO_NOTIFY_PROBE was already defined. Let's define the whole set once and for all.

The amdgpu DRM driver started to use ACPI_VIDEO_DISPLAY_LCD in Linux 6.13.

This is part of the update of DRM drivers to Linux 6.13.
