Noted in IRC, but needs to wait a minute until I land bootstrap flua and make the UCL generation stuff use libucl to avoid breaking cross-build of package repo from older freebsd with a broken libucl -- I'll try to make some time today

@kevans did you get around to fixing the lua bootstrap issue?

I have one or two remaining problems that I need to snipe, then we'll be good to re-land. Time has been somewhat limited in the last few weeks, though.

@ivy is planning to MFC the rest of flua bootstrap to stable/15 prior to 15.1, so this should be safe relatively soon.

that depends on which version of libucl is in stable/15, which i don't know off hand. but if you like, i can MFC this along with the flua bits after testing it.
