You might qualify what "first-class" means here, "first-class mac(4) object" would be clear enough IMO since the man page explains it pretty well.

I don't see in mac(4) any explanation or even mention of the term "first-class object", so I'd even go further and rephrase to something simpler such as "Jails can now have a MAC label attached to them.".

In passing, adding "jails" in the example list of system subjects under the "MAC Labels" section in mac(4) would be nice.
