• Delete the #define header entries here rather than growing them; building hostapd/wpa_supplicant in tree pulls in the correct net80211 headers

• Add the other cipher support here.

These ciphers won't be used until we can get 256 bit key management
capabilities pushed up to hostapd/wpa, and some extra net80211
hostap/ibss work to announce the ciphers in the constructed RSN IE
during probe request/responses.

I've tested this whole path manually patching this file to state we
support WPA-PSK-256 and then a special configured openwrt AP (ath9k)
to support WPA-PSK-256 w/ CCMP-256 pairwise keys.
