Forgotten to add other two files.

Note that on usr.sbin/ypldap/ldapclient.c there are some garbage that will be removed, it was used to debug the ypldap core dump.

I have fixed it already, I will open a new REVIEW.

Remove the garbage mentioned on my another msg.
