Of these,

simon still has a docs bit, kuriyama still has both ports and docs commit
bits, while fjoe has a ports commit bit, so those three have not been added
to develalumni yet.

agc, torek and venkat have apparently never committed anything despite having
been awarded commit bits. None of these last three have an entity set up in
authors.ent either, so I've left them out of the alumni list.

Oops. The entry for mandree was removed from contrib.committers
rather than deleting the intended entry for andre. However, mandree
has also given up his commit bits, so that deletion was accidentally
correct.
