We have an armv6 GENERIC kernel that supports some hardware. Use it
in the release configs where it's supported.

This looks fine to me, provided it has been tested on the affected hardware.

I've not tested this change, however the GENERIC kernel config has been tested on Allwinner and the Raspberry Pi 2.
