Incorrect media for INTEL X540T 10G.

Summary

The ixgbe(4) set the media as 1000baseSX instead of 1000baseT for copper cables NIC.

Example before patch:

Test Plan

Just set any Intel 10G interface copper cables and the media becomes 1000baseSX when you connect in a switch 1Gb.
