This code has supported ACPI ExtendedIrq objects ever since it was
added in 2002; but has truncated the 32-bit value provided by ACPI
to an 8-bit value for that entire time.
Convert l_irq and l_initial_irq to u_int and return u_int from
acpi_pci_link_choose_irq to avoid losing the high bits when an IRQ
comes from _CRS. [1]
Adjust format strings from %d to %u to handle the different type. [2]
The routine for selecting the IRQ from a provided list with the
minimal weight (aka contention) continues to use 8-bit integers; this
is a legacy mechanism and is unlikely to be relevant when encountering
IRQ numbers above 255.
