18	I think "from section 1" is correct? If the term was "first section", then I'd agree with adding "the", as in "from the first section". But in this case, "section 1" doesn't need a "the" in front of it.

Great work and the best news within about a year!
I suggest to use the form "Section X (Short Official Section Description)".
