R11:e77b75032822: x11/framework-autorotate: Update to 1.1

Summary

On an extended or rotated desk the stylus watcher stays up for the X
session, because the stylus can appear after the three-minute window; a
laptop-only desk still watches for 180 seconds

EXAMPLES are on by default, no need for OPTIONS_DEFAULT=EXAMPLES

man-pages in repository were moved into man directory

Remove WWW (automatically set by USE_GITHUB)
