"at the Halifax" wasn't wrong by itself, but we need "at the end of June" and it sounds bad to have two "at the" so close to each other in a sentence.

Is that "Effective Processor Performance"? I'm just guessing here. Could you please spell out this acronym (maybe in parentheses)?

I think the other acronyms are sufficiently well-known, so no need to write them out.
