Summary

I would like to propose adding a new port for Lua 5.5, which is the latest version of the Lua programming language.

The list of changes since lua 5.4 is available at:
https://www.lua.org/manual/5.5/readme.html#changes

I haven't changed the default version of lua, which stays at 5.4.

The port is needed for an upcoming update of x11-wm/hyprland to 0.55.

Test Plan

Poudriere testport looks good for 150amd64 and 143{amd64,i386}.

Lightly runtime tested on 150amd64.

Event Timeline

Could someone from @portmgr review and approve the changes to Mk/Uses/lua.mk and Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk so that I can proceed?

There seem no objections or concerns. I will proceed to commit the proposed changes.
