I do have a proposal to have lurkers being listed, as they are the "interns" of the team.

However, I haven't had a clear thought about if we need/want to list all the people in that alias. For the case here, I am in the doceng@ alias but I am not a member or "lurker" of that team. There are some difference between these. I do want the information can be as transparent as possible, but probably not before we have a good way to represent this.

I support to list the lurker and in fact that's what I am encourage other teams doing it.

What I am not sure is I am not part of doceng so I am not sure it's good to be listed in the doceng entry.

I think that having everone that will receive the mail listed publically
is a Good Thing for transparency, but if this needs more discussion,
this is not the place, so remove lwhsu for now.
