rG9d56f84df5a6: remove sys/dts/arm/socfpga_*_sdmmc.dts
Summary

These two files needs to be updated due to Linux6.5 device tree has split the generic ARM directory to vendor subdirectories.
Not a big deal to fix them but the board /sys/dts/arm/socfpga_cyclone5_sockit_sdmmc.dts seems to be deprecated

For the sys/dts/arm/socfpga_arria10_socdk_sdmmc.dts there seems still be supported by Intel.

Why these files are deleted instead of fixed is due to commit 949efdaa1db8cfe165760ebb78efd3e04ad1f758
