net/wifi-firmware-kmod: make license names more unique

Summary

Licenses named "primary" "whence" and "extra_<n>" were not fantastic
(unique) names to possibly accept or even as installed currently.
Expend them to wifi_fw_${FWDRV} WHENCE_${FWDRV} and
wifi_fw_${FWDRV}_extra${_n} where FWDRV is the firmware driver name
like "iwlwifi" or "ath12k".
