Fix variable order (make portclippy happy).
Improvements as suggested by @diizzy.

A note regarding the order/sorting of _CONFIGURE_ENABLE=: These are intentionally left in a non-alphabetic order to match the order of upstream's configure.ac. This makes port updates less of a hassle as matching differently sorted lists is a pain.
This changes the install location of the man page as requested by portmgr@.
Haven't done much man page related stuff so going for a proper review.

Two "major" things are happening here:
- Upstream supports consuming the 3rd-party tinxymxl2 dependency from the system (via CMake's find_package() since 1.8.3)
- spdlogis no longer a dependency of this library. Consumers using the spdlog feature are expected to link towards it themselves.

The requested changes will be provided as part of a new revision as upstream updated to 0.10.1 in the meantime.
