benchmarks/perftest: upgrade to 4.5-0.17

Summary

I plan to upgrade benchmarks/perftest to the latest version which compiles
on FreeBSD 13, 14 and 15, but I need some help to properly test this
version and ensure it was useful for you.

Can you provide the binary pkg for either 14 or 15 amd64?

Here are the binary packages of perftest:

• perftest-4.5.0.17 for FreeBSD 14 amd64
• perftest-4.5.0.17 for FreeBSD 15 amd64

Sorry for the late response. Our (NVIDIA) verification dep did not found any problems.
