Summary

Address updating bootcode on BIOS-based systems. Add an intro
with general considerations, and mentioning the cases. BIOS info
based on draft by ale@. Update recommendations.

100	I added a warning, but didn't make it specific to ZFS. Should I? Is this scary enough? btw, the current gptzfsboot is only 177K, so it seems like it has a fair amount of room for growth?

92	175kiB is the current size of gptboot. So maybe we should suggest a smaller number like 180k? Instead of 256K? I can do that on the commit if that works. btw, I think you meant gptzfsboot.
