Amend circular symlinks for NO and (re)generate SI source.

Though nynorsk and bokmal aren't quite the same, this does fix the circular issue. And the two are close enough.

Thanks for making me double check the contents, the LC_MESSAGES for nb_NO and nn_NO are indeed different and while it doesn't look significant, it's easy to have different sources here. (re)Generated nn_NO source.
