this revision contains a testing port, created only to test and stress the subpackages feature.

It's also useful to design how subpackages should looks like in the Makefile.

Add subpackage dependency as test

  • Add subpkgtest2 test port
  • Add License to silence warnings
  • Specify the subpackage dependency

While working with ~ syntax, the changes in poudriere could
be massive
