rS289336: Add Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite (ERL) kernel config file

Summary

Based on the build script at http://rtfm.net/FreeBSD/ERL/. ERL is a fairly cheap (~$100 USD) and readily available dual core MIPS64 platform so it'd be nice to support it out of the box.

Remove drivers for devices not relevant to ERL.

Delete more devices that are not useful to ERL. Leave ath* commented out because it will be useful for USB ath eventually.

Enable swapping again, you need it for people doing buildworlds on the thing :)

Discussed on IRC, will go with this for now and try enabling swapping later on.
