devel/open625431: Update to 1.3.4 and enable encryption plugins

While we are at it, kill -Werror.
This update fixes the build with LLVM 15.

Tested with Poudriere on i386 amd64 FreeBSD 12.4 13.1.

A new version shouldn't stop us from committing what we have.
