Summary
news/nzbhydra2: Update to 4.3.0 and remove wrapper file

Changelog can be viewed at:

Removed wrapper file as the upstream copy works with FreeBSD
without modification now.

kreeblah@gmail.com submitted the patch, I updated it to latest version and verified it worked correctly.
