Summary

The reason for doing this is because GNOME has moved past version 3,
bumping to 40 and iterating major release versions from there. The Ports
version of GNOME is currently at 41, making x11/gnome3 misnamed also.

^ I think, while here, you could get rid of the "s and use the spelling "Metaport" as in the pkg-descr.

Handbook consistently uses "email", so go with that, I think.
