Add missing plist entries (found in testport before commiting).
Maintainer apporved portfmt changes :).

Normally I test it in poudriere before putting it up in phabricator, but this was an exception because of rust no yet being compiled as a package as it recently got bumped. I was now able to run one with preseeded packages "-b latest".
