Summary

The Chrome stable channel has been updated to 80.0.3987.163[1], which is a
quick re-roll of the .162 release with a bad change reverted.

This includes 8 security fixes, including 3 Sev:High reported by external
researchers[2].

Builds fine on 11.3-i386 too :)
