rP487198: sysutils/intel-nvmupdate: Remove obsolete chmod workaround

Summary

Workaround was introduced in version 6.01 due to upstream packaging problems. The problems were resolved in 6.80, so the
workaround is no longer required.

Test Plan

Tested using poudriere+portlint:
