Summary

This patch enables TCP Fast Open support on PPC, 32-bit and 64-bit. Testing shows no platform specific bugs.

I have not tested it yet, back to 338xxx. Did you test on powerpc64? I assume you tested on your Mini, right?

Yes I have given remote access to my P9. We also now have P8 reference machines in the FreeBSD cluster.
