Summary

Updates net-mgmt/prometheus2 to 2.2.1. A full changelog is available
at https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/blob/v2.2.1/CHANGELOG.md

The fixes include an important bug fix to possible data loss on TSDB
compaction.

Test Plan

poudriere testport, bulk, and upgrade an existing prometheus2
installation.
