treewide: Remove netbsd master site alias

All current URLs are broken (404) and there are only a handful of ports using this alias.
Since using distfiles is in general discouraged drop this completely and change URLs in affected ports.

Most of these ports are ancient and while I do understand that isn't ideal it's in most cases the only reliable site I could find hosting the tarballs.

Could you use devel/arcanist, or at least generate a diff with full context like it does, with svn diff -x -U9999 or git diff -U9999.

You removed the MASTER_SITE_NETBSD, you must remove every instance of it.


If you change this to ZI/ntraceroute it gets fetchable again.
