Make sure to Relnotes: yes and remind users to install the port/pkg if they need info.

UPDATING needs an update as well as it says

20140709:
        The GNU texinfo and GNU info pages are not built and installed
        anymore, WITH_INFO knob has been added to allow to built and install   
        them again.

I suppose we should delete that entry and add a 20150102 entry with revised text.

Re updating: don't delete that entry. Add a "see 20150105 entry on texinfo's removal" to the 20140709 entry instead. Never delete an updating entry, since people update to random spots in current and need to know all the details....
