I would dismiss this entry from the pkg-plist. While not a direct security thread its a great way of information leakage about the system and its configuration (related to PHP).
Based of its structure i do not see any advantage gained by the file.
Can you please check if it can be removed?

This file makes sense. During the installation you get information about php-version, mysql etc, in case of an error. After the installation, the commplette install-folder is deleted.
