Summary

The port textproc/cast2gif contains the pre-release [1] plus two commits, added since then.

[1] https://github.com/katharostech/cast2gif/releases

Submitted by Nuno Teixeira <ed.arrakis@gmail.com> (new maintainer) in PR 251064.

On Bugzilla, we had some discussions about how to handle the version
number of the port and how to use gmake for Cargo packages that seem
to need it.

Tested on Poudriere (amd64, i386). 'portlint -AC' is fine.
