rP554971: UPDATING: New entry for net-mgmt/pushgateway data format migration
Summary

net-mgmt/pushgateway found its way in the ports tree as an interim release for the migration of the data format[1].

Because the maintainer of the port plans to upgrade to a version >= 1.3.0 in about 4 weeks, all users of the port should migrate in time.

After some discussion on ports-committers@ it seems useful to inform the users in UPDATING.

A minor thing, but you probably miss v before 0.9.

Perhaps it could be nice to mention a concrete date here like: in four weeks (2020-12-12). Just a suggestion, perhaps it feels like too much.
